engineer - Structural / Chassis/ Bady/ Vehicle Engineering for a
reputed OEM Automotive / Heavy Construction Equipment Manufacturing
Company in Bangalore.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification: BE/ Diploma Mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for create technical designs and
documentation of components of structural items for Automotive
Construction Equipment.

Description of the job and key result areas:
- Generates alternate design concepts using CAD systems, with clearly
defined tasks, after studying the product profile requiments.
- Produces solid models of aggregates in Pro-E & Pro piping, Pro
Mechanica desirable.
- Knowledge any of packaging, casting design, forging, structural
design is desirable.
- Perform calculation involving for strength & performance of
components/ sub systems.

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in packaging of CAD, using Pro/E
- Good knowledge of packaging including component selection & sizing.

KEY DELIVERABLES/ PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Must have the ability to perform design calculations.
- Must have knowledge of drg standards, Tolerance stack up, GD&T.
- Knowledge of applicable standards, material selection, DFM, DFA, DTC
is desirable.

Strong CAD skills in ProE & windchill.
