We have an urgent opening for Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager - (Transmission/ Gear - R&D) - for a reputed Automotive OEM Company in Gurgaon.

For your ready reference herewith i have given JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech.

To test and evaluate automotive transmission system parts (gear-box, Gear Shift mechanism, clutch and clutch release system.)

Responsibility:
- Bench testing of gear shift linkages and gear-box parts.
- Analysis of market problem/failure pertaining to gear-box, gear shifting, clutch and clutch release system.
- Evaluation of transmission parts of new models in actual vehicle.
- Fine tuning of clutch characteristics and gear shift feeling.

Technical / Functional:
- Hand-on experience of working on gear-box endurance testing machine, clutch testing.
- Understanding of trnasmission sub-systems gearbox, gear shift mechanism, synchromesh system (Synchronizer rings), clutch, clutch cable, gear shift lever assembly.
