Engineer PMO ( Project Management Office )

Reporting Authority: Executive Assistant to VW President™s Office.

Educational Qualification: DIPLOMA, BE, ME , M. Tech, M.S

Experience: Less than 2 years in Automobile industry.

Responsibility:
To coordinate the Pilot Hall ( Prototype build ) meetings
Prepare and track running issues list
Prepare status report and presentation for management Team.
Project reporting to upper hierarchies
Documentation of work progress ,
maintain the assignment index to ensure quality and timely completion of the assignments
Lessons learnt documentation
Planning and ensuring of required infrastructure
Ensure quality and cost consciousness within the team

Key Performance Indicators:
Accuracy of the information
Timeliness of the reports
Presentation of the report

Technical Skills
o Knowledge of Automotive parts
o Knowledge of handling Bill of Material
o Knowledge of materials and material treatment
o Knowledge of manufacturing technologies
Analytical Skills
o Basic knowledge of statistics
o Basic knowledge of quality management and processes
o Basic knowledge of finance and logistics
Software Skills
o MS office ( especially Power Point , Excel+ MS Project)
Soft Skills
o Ability to think in wider scope
o Team management

o English in written and verbal form
o Excellent Communication
