Function/Speciality : Product Engineering/ Chassis Design

Location : Pune

Education Qualification : BE - B.Tech/ ME- M.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Description : 3-6 years of Experience in Structural engineering, strong in basic design , should have exposure to product life cycle. - strong in PRO E.

Major Duties

# He/she will be responsible chassis / structural design projects

# He/she is expected to create concepts ,modeling and detailing in projects adhering to ISO process .

# He/she is expected to review and deliver all project fulfilling high quality expectations from Unit.

# He/she should also support VI VE projects from unit.

Required Skills

# Should have worked on design of Chassis or structure .

# Should have good knowledge of manufacturing & assembly processes

# Ability to generate concepts, Proficiency in Pro-E

# Understanding of GD & T is must.

Title : Senior Engineer / Team Leader - Design_( Harvester )

Function/Speciality : Product Engineering/ Sheetmetal Design

Location : Pune

Description : 4-7 of Industrial experience with atleast last 2-3 years in Combine Harvesting Industry.

Major Duties

• Design input requirement study

• Data collection and analysis

• Prepare specifications

• Design goals

• Concept preparation & selection

• Layout Review

• Detail design Review

• Design calculations and analysis

Qualification Education : • BTech(Agri / Mech.) or MTech(Agri / Mech.)

Required Skills

• Tolerance stack-up

• Functional geometry revie

• Problem analysis & resolution

• Basic knowledge of Analysis , FEA

• Design of Sheeet metal parts for heavy structures, castings, Plastic parts

• Aggregate functionality, performance and testing

• Product Design capabilities

Desired Skills

• Field experience,

• CMVR/Homologation requiremnets

Title : Design Engineer_Harvester
