Urgent Opening for Vehicle Integration Engineer

Dear Candidates,

We have some urgent opening for Vehicle Integration Engineer for one of the reputed engineering company .

Designation :- Vehicle Integration Engineer

Location: Kandivli, Mumbai for 1-2 year and then move to Chennai.
Exp: 3-4 yrs of relevant exp
[ Please do not Apply if you have more than 4yrs exp ]

RESPONSIBILITY:
{ Proficiency in CATIA V5 is required (mandatory) }.

Competencies required: Advanced Catia V5, Cava, Vis mock up, Meta phase, NX manager, Vis Jack, Vis VSA, Fundamentals of QFD/RFE & Basic structural calculations.

Integration Roles & Responsibilities : 

1) Engine Packaging/ Engine mounts

Power train Hard point finalization, based on benchmarking, Crash & pedestrian safety requirements.

Layout & Packaging of Engine compartment Systems meeting Crash & pedestrian safety.

Layout & Packaging of Plumbings

Generation of legislative, project specific planes in layouts for engine compartment systems to meet these requirements.

Preparation of Engine compartment Buck

Monitor various systems of engine compartment for meeting the set packaging standards.

Functional block diagrams, Interface mapping & Clearance & Clash analysis

Variant management & monitor layouts for variant specific components/assembly availability.

Conduct weekly layout design review meetings and monitor action plans.

Periodic updations of Layouts in NX manager

Assembly & Serviceability Requirements conformance

Preparation/Updation of M&M standards for packaging guidelines.

Digital to actual monitoring of critical clearances, assembly & serviciablity issues on Prototype vehicles.

Attend to Nova C meetings for updating/resolving design concerns.

Design and development of Engine mounts

6) Fuel System

Finalization of Fuel layout and hard points

Packaging of fuel system components in layout meeting the various system and vehicle requirements.

Conduct DFMEA discussions and prepare DFMEA

Design reviews with CFT and supplier for design feasibility and manufacturability

Assembly & Serviceability Requirements conformance

Preparation of BOM in TCE

Release CAD data for prototypes

Support for DVP finalization

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Qualification: BTech/ BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
