4-13 yrs of Industrial experience (preferable from Tractor Company) with at least last 2-3 years in Harvesting Industry.

- Product testing capabilities
- Lab and field test exposure
- Aggregate functionality, performance and testing
- Field experience
- Application engineering
- Data collection and analysis
- Concept preparation and testing
- testing plan development
- conducting Detail design Review
- Problem analysis & resolution
