Suspension Designer: Immediate Hiring for a MNC @ Bangalore

MUST:  Experience in design of Spring Leaf

Education
BE or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Front & rear Suspension design engineer.
Level Lead / Senior Lead Engineer.

Relevant Experience Required:
4+ years of experience in CATIA V5
Overall 5+ years of domain experience in design of suspensions systems of cars & trucks
OEM experience required
Good vehicle Engineering Design and Vehicle Packaging Experience. Experience in design for manufacture & design for assembly
Strong mechanical engineering background 
Knowledge in Vehicle products and Specification.

Skill Requirements:
Proficiency in CatiaV5 : GSD, Part Design, Sketcher, assembly Design, Sheet-metal Design, Drafting, DMU, Conduct feasibility study of Vehicle packaging
Good communication skills with English. Japanese proficiency if available preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Suspension systems packaging at vehicle level for front & rear axles, packaging studies.
Concept feasibility studies
Design for manufacture & assembly
Conversant with manufacturing techniques of sheet metal forming & welding
