We are one of the leading recruitment consultants based out of Gurgaon
looking after one of our clients M/s Mahindra Defense Land Systems
Ltd.,Prithla (Faridabad) a candidate with the following experience:

Designation :- (Manager / Sr. Manager)

Working experience - 13-15 years

a) Should be /Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferably) in Design or
Graduate in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering from a reputed
University Should able to conversant with CAD (Pro E,PLM,CATIA)
b) Should have very good experience of body & fabrication design. Good
exposure of sheet metal design, tooling & die design basic for similar
parts.(4-5 years)
c) Should have worked & gone thru on Product Improvements or new
design of Drive Away Chassis systems( Like Brake, Engine, transmission
packaging, Basic vehicle integration,of SUV/Car/commercial vehicles
and Light Truck application. (4-5 years).


d) Should be experienced in all other systems of Body like beading,
locks, seats, IP,doors etc.

e) Should be able to lead team of Engineers/draftsman in areas of
Chassis, Braking design.
f) Liaison with supplier for interfacing requirements, parts development etc..
g) Experienced in participation/interface of cross functional
meetings, design review decision maker, good communication,formatting
minutes & exchanges of ideas with team members etc.
h) Very good experienced concept design, Dwg checking, ISO requirements etc.
i) Familiarity of other R&D requirements/ system like design release
procedures, IT involvements, system upgradation, activities related to
server etc.

j) Possess & application of knowledge of CAD software like PLM,
Pro-E & CATIA.
k) Experienced in vehicle assy,defining sequence, resolve line issues.

a) Additional Requirements

a) Should be able to define manufacturing and Assembly process.
b) Have a capability to understand management thought & aligned
c) Should have fundamental know how on Strength of materials.
d) Familiarity with automotive standards & testing procedures
e) Acquaintance with project management concept
f) Systems and creative thinking
g) Ability to focus on Design job
h) A positive Attitude.
i) Knowledge of military vehicles technology, is preferred
