One of our most prestigious clients, leader in manufacturing of Farming /Agricultural Vehicles and Equipments, is looking for the following professionals for their PUNE manufacturing unit;

Hydraulics Engineer

Description

* Able to handle complex 3-D modeling, involving large assemblies.

* Expert level competency in Proe and PDM to complete design and modeling requests from Unit on time with minimal supervision.

* Use top-down design approach to come up with new concepts for plumbing and hose routings for full machine hydraulic system.

* Has sound knowledge of hydraulic system and be able to utilize hydraulic engineering principles to design components.

* Sound understanding of specifications and functions of different hydraulic components - Actuators, Pumps, Valves, filters, circuits, oil line designs.

* Able to read hydraulic schematics and identify the work, return and pilot lines.

* Understanding of hydraulic hose and tube materials and their manufacturing processes and limitations.

* Be able to trouble-shoot failures on field using JD practices and methods.

* Efficiently work with suppliers to define the component specification and get the parts manufactured.

* Fundamental understanding of Construction and Forestry machine forms, knowledge and understanding of machines manufactured by competitors.

* Knowledge of engineering principles, theory and practice - has general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.

Qualifications

* Knowledge in Hydraulic System design

* Sound knowledge of working principles of hydraulic components

* Manufacturing & Heat treatment processes. GD&T

* Experience in design and development of hydraulic plumbing design which include selection of hoses, fittings, tubes and other connections.

* Preferred experience in Mobile hydraulics.

* Good at pro/engineer modeling, piping, assembly and large assembly management. Hands on experience with diagnostics and testing.

* communication skills to work with internal and external customer in a professional and effective manner
* Design knowledge of hydraulic system architecture and circuits Hydraulic simulations and analysis Manufacturing process knowledge of tubes, hoses and fittings along with sheetmetal.

* Ability to create Hydraulic circuits

* Trouble-shooting hydraulic systems issues.

* BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
