Position: - Assistant/Deputy Manager (Testing)
Purpose of Position:-
Testing team sub-leader for testing of automobile ac unit/component. Job will involve doing testing, validation, analysis, thermal calculations and making testing process proposals and would also require periodic engagement with customers. Main focus area will be automotive AC kit testing and validation.
Qualification: - B.Tech - Mechanical
Working Exposure Summery:-
* Automotive AC kit design process execution including design QA gate system adherence.
* Thermal calculation skills & Automotive Testing, data evaluation, analysis and validation.
* Knowledge of testing process. E.g. - vibration testing, radiator/heater testing, evaporator testing, condenser testing, air-flow testing etc.
* Knowledge of NVH, wind tunnel testing and temperature control test.
* Adherence to the time line of the project.
* Project management
* Team work attitude, Good communication skills.
* Knowledge TS16949 / ISO 9000, MS office and P-h and psychometric chart reading
Detail Job profile:-
- HVAC system testing and validation
- AC failure identification and rectification
- AC kit, Radiator cooling trial testing
- Compressor power consumption, volumetric efficiency and volumentary efficiency test
- Hot spot optimization test
- Heater -core heating capacity air side, pressure drop air side and coolant side test.
- Air flow measurement, car body leakage test
- Climate chambers - Chare optimization, system performance test, defrost/demist test, power train cooling test at different gradient load.
- Decide and record parameters
- Validate all parts in drawing as per design of the system
- To check performance of the individual components
- To decide min. & max. value of parameters
