Opening for Product Manager Mumbai Ctc : upto 10 lac

Dear Candidate,

Looking for Product Manager for a leading Tractor manufacturing Co. with 5 - 8 years of Product Design / Development experience on Similiar Product.

Reports to : GM, Product Management - Mumbai (Kandivli)

Location : Mumbai
CTC :- Upto 8 - 10 LPA
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Diploma Engineering

Industry Prefered : Tractors Industry / Technical experience relating to design of tractor and markets & application

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

1. Responsible for coordinating the development,execution and tracing of rigorous and comprehensive product verification and validation.

2. Work closely with Sales & marketing and R&D to ensure their alignment with our key
stakeholders.

3. Responsible for product field trials with competition product to understand product performance.
Collate data for better understanding of product performance.

4. Serve as a technical expert for the performance validation and application for sales team & dealers.
5. Provide ownership for establishing and documenting all product performance validation
processes related to assigned task.

6. Competitor product knowledge with excellent technical understanding of application.

7. Application knowledge with understanding of major crops.

General Requirement :

Hands on experience of tractor usage in various application
Skill in using company information systems and processes
Knowledge of the product development process
Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge
