POSITION 1)CAE engineer mould-flow :-
Job description:
Running of mould-flow simulations, including
* Meshing
* Pre-processing
* Manifolds modeling
* Selection of the best available material charts
* Filling analysis
* Warpage analysis
* Post-Processing
Documentation of the results as a presentation with proposal for design improvements
Discussion of the results in the project team
Support of the design team and participation in design reviews
Comparison of the moulded parts with the simulation predictions and fine tuning of the simulation parameters
Skills:
University degree in Engineering
Extensive experience (>5 yrs) with mould-flow analysis for plastic components
* In the automotive industry
* With focus on glass-filled materials
* Software: Autodesk Moldflow
Good knowledge of plastic material science and design rules
Good team player

POSITION 2)CAE engineer FEM/CFD :-
Job description:
Running of FEM, CFD and thermal simulations including
* Meshing
* Pre-processing
* Definition of the boundary conditions
* Post-Processing
* Static loads, fatigue loads, contact conditions
* Linear and non-linear analysis
* Fluid dynamic simulations
Documentation of the results as a presentation with proposal for design improvements
Discussion of the results in the project team
Support of the design team and participation in design reviews
Comparison of the physical parts with the simulation predictions
Further development of the simulation algorithms and parameters
Skills:
University degree in Engineering with aerodynamic focus
Extensive experience (>5 yrs) with FEM, CFD and/or thermal simulations
* In the automotive industry
* Software: Ansys, Ansys CFX
Good knowledge of plastic material science and design rules
Good knowledge of fluid- and aerodynamics
Good team player
