Qualification:
· B. Tech. / B.E./ M. Tech. - Chemical / Polymers OR
· M. Sc - Chemistry (specialization in Organic / Polymer Chemistry is preferred)
Experience:
· 5 - 8 years in R&D/ QA/QCin BOPP / BOPET / Flexible Packaging industry.
Annual Salary of the Job: 6.0 - 25.0 Lacs - Not a constraint for the right candidate
Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities :
· Identify root cause, resolve and manage customer complaints.
· Co-ordination with plant to establish corrective and preventive action plan.
· Manage data and records.
· Address customers' queries.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Existing product bench marking vs competition.
· Identify critical property for desired application.
· Candidate should have good knowledge of:
o Various substrates like BOPP, BOPET, OPA, CPP& PE.
o Critical parameters / check points for different films.
o Various components used in flexible packaging industry like inks, adhesives, coatings & machines.
o Flexible packaging industry and prevailing market trends.
o Converting / downstream process like printing, lamination (dry, wet &ext), coating, metalizing & bag making / pouching.
o Various testing equipments being used in Film / Packaging industry.
o QMS, HACCP systems
o Experience in production of BOPP / BOPET films will be an added advantage
· Strong analytical / problem solving skills
· High Process Orientation
· High Customer Orientation
· Innovation and development focused approach to offer solutions.
· Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
· High interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
