Location : FARIDABAD
Reports to : CAE LEADER
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Finite Element modeling and analysis.
2. Multibody Dynamic Simulation.
3. Fatigue & Failure analysis and life prediction.
4. Dynamics & Forced Response Analysis
5. Theoretical NVH prediction
Will be responsible for :
• Design evaluation and verification for strength and stiffness.
• Study of the dynamic behavior of structures and redesign from vibration and noise point of view.
• Prediction of structural vibration and noise using latest software packages and suggest design improvement proposals to meet the targets.
• Integrate test and analysis to validate analytical models and convert field load data to predict component life.
• Design Optimization.
• Should be able to predict mechanical design performance through simulation and virtual prototyping.
Incumbent Profile:
EDUCATION : M TECH, in Applied Mechanics / Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE: 5-6 Years as Design / Analysis Engineer in Automotive /Engineering Services organization
AGE : 27-30 years
Must Be:
• Strong background in Solid Mechanics, Plasticity, Engineering Materials Behavior, Dynamics (Vibration, Transient), Fracture Mechanics
• Good understanding of Finite Element Theory (Linear and non-linear, Contact analysis, Frequency, Instability.
• Good analytical thinking and ability to solve engineering problems
• Experience in Durability, NVH or Safety/Crash is desirable.
• Must be proficient in using Ideas/ UG NX software (3-D modeling and analysis), MSC NASTRAN/ PATRAN, MSC Fatigue , MSC ADAMS & Hypermesh software.
