To cater to designing of high quality, innovative products and services, company has a very large global technology design center in Gurgaon.

Designation: Design / Sr. Design & Development Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
This person is responsible for the success of all assigned projects and works within a cross-functional team across the organization
Due to the nature of the business the successful candidate will need to be flexible and should be able to cope up with pressure at the work place.
The Key responsibilities of the role include:
3D CAD modeling(Pro-E, Intralink, UG, Catia, Solidworks, IDEAS)
Generation of manufacturing 2D drawings(with GD&T & Stack-up analysis)
Knowledge of Reverse engineering
Detailing concepts
Need to follow drawing specifications
Reviewing technical documents

Desired Profile
The successful applicant should have an excellent mechanical engineering background, good attention to detail, be self motivated and effective in a team environment under a high work load with multiple responsibilities.
Key characteristics and skills are:
· Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
· 3-8 years of Design experience with interface to manufacturing
· Strong experience with ECO process and deliverables
· Excellent communication skills
· Capable of working on fast pace project with significant responsibility
· Prepared to work at multiple Stryker sites including periods of time at vendor locations like USA, Europe, Ireland etc.
· Hungry to learn and committed
