We have two vacancies for Hydraulics Design Engineer for Mahindra Engineering Services Ltd.
The location of posting is Mumbai
Candidate will be working in OEM.
Job Profile -
Qualification: BE/ME in Mechanical/Automobile engineering required.
Experience : 2-7 years experience
Software proficiency: IDEAS
JOB SPECIFICATION
Problem solving in technical as well as operational issues in design, development and testing
Create DFMEA database based on warranty failure & field feed back.
Use design verification / validation techniques such as CAE / simulations, DFMEA database, Design / Engineering calculations to improve confidence in design
Achieve cost competitiveness on existing aggregates through use of value engineering concepts (cost of assembly, functional cost analysis etc,) and drive standardization of components / subsystems
Closely interact with Testing and Evaluation to deliver first time right aggregate in line with the specifications received from Horizon and give inputs for evolving test standards and procedures for aggregates/systems.
Interface with field quality group to resolve issues proactively and identify all critical service and field issues and ensure that they are addressed in new designs or upgrades
Create Design standards, specifications & processes and ensure registration of patents & design specifications
Use KM/ IPR/ Bench marking data available to deliver Best - in Class Aggregate
Update information in PDM
