Workshop Manager(Hyundai,European brands).
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Plan and guide to improve work shop efficiency
*Manage service and repair of all the vehicles which report to the work shop
*Vehicle diagnostics and analysis
*To conduct training activities for the Junior staff
*Plan and analyze growth of workshop output
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 yrs Of Experience in similar field.Prior experience in HONDA& HYUNDAI is preferred.
Workshop Manager(Mahindra).
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain processes designed to hire,train and motivate departmental employees
Establish Departmental policies and ensure adherence to those policies
Manager financial controls and allocate resources
Ensure compliance with various accounting regulations and guidelines
Manage location information technology
Manage relationships with internal departments and external resources
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4 years of work experience in any authorized dealer outlet .
Salary: Negotiable
