The candidate will be responsible for carrying out Sheet Metal die design of primarily BIW panels , automotive frame components which are normally used in commercial vehicles of all types. The candidate has to deliver as design output the complete manufacturing 2D drawings and corresponding 3D models for designed dies and all relate design documentation. as per client process
The job requires close co-ordination with planning and manufacturing dept. as well as external suppliers of client which is mainly responsible for manufacturing such dies. In addition the job also demands try-out at manufacturing shop before final delivery to end customer.
The candidate must possess minimum experience of 1.5 - 2 years in designing B+ and B /C class of dies sheet metal dies in an automotive company or an appropriate design house. He/She should have good exposure of TS-16949 standards and should have very good familiarity numerous design standards ( lies IS , JS etc. ) that are extensively used is panel dies. 
 
Candidate should possess excellent skills in CAD software like CATIA-V5 , AutoCAD or UG_NX.
Knowledge of Sheet Metal forming simulation packages like PAMSTAMP will be an added advantage
