We have been retained by our client one of the leading company in DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURING OF ROLLING BEARINGS, PLAIN BEARINGS AND LINEAR SYSTEMS AS WELL AS PRECISION COMPONENTS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDRUSTRY FOR ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS AND POWER TRAINS WORLD WIDE.
They are looking for a dynamic person having good communication skills with deep and thorough experience of Engine Element components, i.e. Cam Roller, Tappets, Rocker Arms, Hydraulic lash adjuster & roller finger follower.
Position: AST MANAGER/ MANAGER- APPLICATION CHAIN AND BELT DRIVE
Location : PUNE
Exp: 6-10 YEARS
Qualification: B.E/ B.TECH ( MECHANICAL/ PRODUCTION/AUTOMOBILE)
Job Summary: CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRECISION AUTO COMPONENT & SIMILAR MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
Job profile:
1. Application analysis & production selection based on technical inputs from customer for Idlers, tensioner ( belt & Chain)
2. Load rating & other technical calculations such as FEA & support in development phase
3. Knowledge on return part analysis & able to understand customer design verification plan & analyze failures, bench mark of products & co-ordination for testing
4. Should have a sound knowledge & working exposure on tensioners used in the engine systems
5. Should be able to handle project management related to his area.
6. Should be able to train the new comers as & when required
7. Should be able to co-ordinate with application engineers in HQ / AP (Germany), application engineering department for technical support,
8. Hands on exposure to CAD / CAM & PRO E & other engineering & calculation software's used in the auto component manufacturing industry
