Position: FEA Engineer (Design & Development)
Education: Full time Masters in Mechanical Engineering Or Applied Mechanics
Location: Hosur
Requirements:
• Develop, implement, train and maintain new FEA tools which provide the ability to improve and/or shorten the design cycle for core product lines.
• He should actively participate with design teams in concept evaluation during product development and also support root cause analysis on field issue resolution.
• The analyst is also expected to provide support to R&D teams to help develop concepts.
• Creation of finite element models through import from CAD package, chunking the model suitably for quality meshing, correct use of loads and boundary conditions with physics understanding, simplifying the cycle time for analysis and then conducting the analysis with all relevant load cases and preparation of complete FEA report.
