Candidate Profile :
B.E (Mechanical Engineering) with 4 - 5 years of experience in Product Development (Vehicle or Aggregate Engineering) and working experience in PLM in automobile industries.
Job profile:
Creation of BOM / Assembly structure in PLM viz. Enovia /VPM / Windchill
Data Management, Release Control and Co-ordination, Understanding Drawing standards
Building up BOM from Variant/Complexity Matrix and Product Definition
Must formalize the process of release & Change management
Experience in understanding requirements from Process Team/Business users/Experts in detail and
Implementing them properly.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Assist team leader to achieve company goals / objectives
Essential Skills:
Working knowledge about either of Enovia/VPM/ (CATIA V5/V4) / Pro E / BOM
Management.
Knowledge of Product Structure Navigator (PSN) for VPM
Proficient in NPD process from concept definition to launch.
Adequate knowledge about Vehicle aggregates and Functioning of each aggregate.
Product knowledge of Automotive Components
Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with suppliers and PD Design team
The person should be excellent in terms of communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
