Designing Automotive Interiors/Exterior Components -Proficient with catia Understanding of plastic & sheet metal components. Examples would include; Bumpers, Fascias, Spoilers, Grilles, Instrument Panels, console, trims , cockpits, pillar, floor console, interiors -Developing new designs and re-designs -Must have good organizational skills -Must be able to work independent

Must be very good in catia & Plastic components design

BIW Job Description:

# Engineering for new vehicle products in BIW components # Work experience in BIW design such as Sidewalls, roof systems, Closures, Sub system & Component level design
# concept and design development of BIW components
# Lead, execute analysis of system and / or component requirements and specifications and ensure proper cascading within the cross of.

Adequate knowledge of Sheet Metal Forming, fixtures, process & BIW Assembly procedures.

Experience in supporting R & D projects from program start to production within automotive industry (OEM, supplier)
# Basic to advanced knowledge in systems design and engineering in the area of BIW, Closure.

Knowledge of Automotive Design applications and processes and / or releasing tools like Team Centre
# Exposure to Vismockup will be an added advantage
# Proficient in Surface modelling, GD&T using CATIA V5
# Creativity, innovative approach, flexibility, driven for results.

Must be very good in Catia V5 & BIW components design
