We are planning the Interview Schedule at Pune, Maharashtra on Thursday, 26th June, 2014.

VE Commercial Vehicles Limited is a 50:50 joint venture between the Volvo Group (Volvo) and Eicher Motors Limited (EML).

Open Position: [12 Positions]
Role: BUS/ VAN - Vehicle Integration

Level, Experience & Qualification : JM /AM (Jr. Manager / Asst. Manager - full time Diploma with 2 to 9 Years experience in relevant area)
Level, Experience & Qualification : DM (Dy. Manager - full time BE/B.Tech with 2 to 9 Years experience in relevant area)
Level, Experience & Qualification : Manager (Manager - full time BE/B.Tech with 8 to 14 Years experience in relevant area)

Required Education: (All the qualification must be pass throughout 60% including 10th & 12th Also)
Requirement Locations: Pithampur (Indore)

Job Role 1.:
*Define product specification based upon prerequisites & benchmarking
*Responsible for VI for 9~20 seater VAN platforms based upon 2.8ton/4.5ton truck platforms
*Body design & development including ambulance & tourist vehicle
*Vehicle level design calculations( TCR / CG / FAW-RAW / etc)
*Design releases & Design tools DFMEA
*Coordination with other aggregates for Vehicle Integration
*Component supplier interaction for development of body & its parts.
*Prepare time plan / weekly MIS / input to SCM,EMT etc.
*PLM - ECM / drawing release.

Job Role 2.:
*Performing Vehicle integration with aggregate teams, interface checks, alternate concept proposal for packaging parts, VI NCR closure, VI report preparation and VI signoff.
*Frame Aggregate3D Modeling & 2D drawing preparation and design release.
*Performing Chassis and Accessories parts DFMEA & Tolerance stack up.
*Performing Virtual DFA/ DFA along with manufacturing / product development & Quality team.
*Chassis and accessories parts field failure analysis and design release.
*Coordination for field issue resolution and Implementation

Job Role 3.:
*Define bus/Van body specification based upon prerequisites & benchmarking.
*Responsible for van body design & development of 9~20 seater VAN platforms based upon 2.8ton/4.5ton truck platforms
*Body design & development including ambulance & tourist vehicle
*Design releases
*Component supplier interaction for development of body & its parts.
*PLM /PDM - ECM / drawing release.
*Making 3d models & preparing 2D drawings.
*Responsible for GD&T for his aggregate design
