Job Profile
The Incumbent would be required to:
Engineering detailing and design documentation for New Product and variants.
Enhancements / value engineering / Change management of existing products.

Candidate Profile
The Candidate should be:
Interior Division has a whole array of home furniture as well as institutional furniture ranging from bedroom sets, dinning sets, kitchens, kids furniture, desks, seating systems, open plan office systems, storage systems, etc. Our products have been certified by India's leading medical fraternity as being ergonomically and scientifically designed

The incumbent will be responsible for-
He will be part of Design engineer team for introduction of new furniture products.
Work-out engineering detail of finalized concepts using 3D modeling on ProE WF3.
Proto building, evaluation and testing.
Preparation and release of design output documentation in PDM environment. (2D Drawings, packaging design, BOM, AGL, packing sequence, cost data, specification, etc.)
Interaction with CFT and supplier during implementation phase of new products.
Engineering change management to take care of product complaints and improvements.
Adherence to ISO procedures, guidelines and formats while preparing design output documentations

Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: B.E. Mechanical/ Production

Essential Experience: above 3 years of Product design

CTC:- As per Industry

Special Skill
Hands on experience of Product Design in 3D environment using ProEngineer Wildfire 3.0 and 2D drafting using AutoCad 2000 is MUST.
Courageous to convert conceptual design into mass manufactured product.
Creative bent of mind.
Patient and tolerant but stead fast on goals.
Mature to deal with seniors and cross functional team mates and external partners.
