Engineer Car-body Design Engineering

This role includes the following
1. Design of car-body and its components, Structural Analysis, Generation of 3 D models, Preparation of drawings, BOMs etc. as per Bombardier Standards
2. To work closely with counterparts in Europe
3. To work closely with counterpart in Installation engineering for structural integration responsibility for Doors, Windows, Gangways, Couplers, Bogies, Under-frame pipe work, cable trays etc.
4. To develop proficiency in CATIA and other Bombardier Standard Engineering Tools
5. To develop knowledge in welding processes/technology
6. To ensure that all Safety, Reliability and Maintainability issues are addressed in designs
