Position : - Engineer / Senior Engineer-UNIGRAPHICSNX5 in Seating domain

Qualifications : - BE-Mechanical 

Experience : - 2 to 8+ Years 

Salary : - As Per Company norms 


Roles & Responsibilities of the Position:- 

Roles & responsibilities-

Incorporate customer requirements, regulations and product specifications into the design of the designated products, ensuring compliance with operational, cost, timing, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing feasibility parameters.
Execute the CAD tasks (2D+ 3D) in UNIGRAPHICS NX5.
Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stacks, and packaging studies.
Ensure daily delivery targets for the given tasks 
Conduct effective communications within the project team and the customer, supplier, manufacturing and quality communities with guidance from engineering management and senior engineering personnel.
Meet quality and delivery targets in day-to-day customer deliveries.
Maintain current CAD file management practices.
Provide inputs in estimating the time and resources required to perform a particular project.
Suggest improvements in own areas 

Specific Skill Sets For Engineer post :-

1 Automotive product design experience 2+ years Seating experience will be preferred.

2 Proficiency in multiple UNIGRAPHICS NX52+ years Plastic B-side surfacing, stamped components and drafting.

3 Word processing, spread sheets, database applications1+ years


Specific Skill Sets For Senior Engineer post 

1 Automotive seat design specialist 3 years out of total 5+ years experience Must have worked in either foam or plastics or structures.
2 Proficiency in multiple CAD systems5+ years Proficiency in UNIGRAPHICS NX5 is a must.

3 Understanding of class A surfacing 1+ years 

4 Word processing, spread sheets, database applications1+ years
