ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    This person is responsible for the success of all assigned projects and works within a cross-functional team across the organization and drive product development projects.
    Due to the nature of the business the successful candidate will need to be flexible and should be able to cope up with pressure at the work place.
    The Key responsibilities of the role include:
o    Mechanical Design Engineering
    Product Development
    Concept Development & detailing
    3D CAD modeling
    Generation of manufacturing 2D prints
    FMEA/Risk Analysis
    Developing/Testing Prototypes & Products
    Reviewing technical documents

o    Project management
    Managing meetings and teleconferences
    Communicating designs and ideas to team
    Following Design Controls and completing deliverable

DESIRED PROFILE
The successful applicant should have an excellent mechanical engineering background, good attention to detail, be self motivated and effective in a team environment under a high work load with multiple responsibilities.
Key characteristics and skills are:
    Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
    2-6 years of Product Development Experience with interface to manufacturing
    Effective project management skills
    Proven problem solving skills
    Capable of working on fast paced project with significant responsibility
    Prepared to work at multiple Company sites including periods of time at vendor locations
    Passionate to learn and committed

Design Engineer
