Testing Engineer-Chassis (Suspension/ Steering system)

Greetings!!! 

We have a vacant position for the Testing Engineer with one of the India's largest automobile Cars manufacturer. 

JOB PROFILE: 
EXPERIENCE - 2-10 yrs 
QUALIFICATION: BE- Mechanical/Automobile 
JOB LOCATION - Delhi 

NATURE OF JOB: 
Performance & durability testing of 4-wheeler Chassis (Suspension/ Steering system) parts, Benchmarking at vehicle level. Fixture design & development, Instrumentation (Strain Gauging, Accelerometer, LVDT, etc), Road load Data Acquisition, analysis & simulation on test rigs. Experience with SPMM machine. 

Nature of work exp. 
Experience in Durability & Performance evaluation on test rigs, Instrumentation and data acquisition on vehicle components, knowledge of handling data acquisition systems & analysis of acquired data, should have experience with servo hydraulic systems like MTS/IST. 

Key responsibilities 
Will be responsible for suspension/steering parts evaluation on test rig and design/development of Fixtures for testing of suspension parts, pedals etc. 

Vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis for evaluating suspension components.
