JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To create purchase request using Ramco ERP. System.
To create the P.O.
To support the engineering team during erection.
To support the team at testing of power plant.
To evaluation of engineering drawing and specifications interfacing between vendor and design dept. for finalizing the specifications.
To find source, selection capacity and capability.
To do scheduling and monitoring to suppliers for material.
To visit vendor end for process and product audit.
Troubleshooting during new development.

COORDINATION

Coordination between design department and vendor.
Coordinate with the production.
ERP Coordination.
Monitor duration of the projects.
Coordinate between project manager and procurement manager. For Improve the productivity with the help of coordination, lots of problems comes out from without coordination.
Resolving the all kind of problems, obstacles and scratches.
Coordination between Accounts department and vendors.
