Company is looking for Senior Engineer -FEA
Qualification : Masters Degree in an Engineering/Technology in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :2 - 5 Yr Experience
Job Location :Pune
Job Profile :
* Perform finite element analysis of engine components and its accessories for Company Power Systems.
* Provide assistance and guidance to the design teams to identify and resolve structural issues arise by using CAE Tools.
* Use CAE tools to simulate the physics of the problem by building FEA model to produce efficient and accurate results. Preferred FE tool is ANSYS Classic.
* Identify high stress/strain areas and conduct the necessary additional calculations (e.g fatigue, thermal, vibration etc)
* Interpret the results utilizing experience while assuring goals are met
* Provide corrective action to resolve the problem
* Document problem, procedure, analysis and results
* Advance analysis techniques
Additional Skills:
*Strong, broad understanding of finite element analysis.
*Strong understanding of basic engineering principles.
*Basic understanding of advance engineering principles (Thermal, fatigue etc) and uses the knowledge with assistance Broad knowledge of engine components and systems and how they interact.
*Basic understanding of materials (Structural and Thermal) CAE experience Good computer skills Bachelor of Engineering Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
*FEA experience (Ansys, Workbench, Abaqus) Knowledge of Pro/E and Hypermesh.
*Basic understanding of materials (High Temp, Fatigue, etc) Understanding of engine structural and thermal requirements Practical knowledge/understanding of structures Engine experience (i.e. design, test, development, applications) Masters of Engineering
