Job responsibilities:

* Perform finite element analysis of engine components and its accessories
* Provide assistance and guidance to the design teams to identify and resolve structural issues arise by using CAE Tools.
* Use CAE tools to simulate the physics of the problem by building FEA model to produce efficient and accurate results. Preferred FE tool is ANSYS Classic.
* Identify high stress/strain areas and conduct the necessary additional calculations (e.g fatigue, thermal, vibration etc)
* Interpret the results utilizing experience while assuring goals are met
* Provide corrective action to resolve the problem
* Document problem, procedure, analysis and results
* Advance analysis techniques
