Position: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Base Engine Design / Combustion / Calibration / Project
No of Positions: 12 (5 in Base Engine Design, 3 In Combustion, 2 in Project & 2 in Calibration)
Required Education: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
Experience: BE/B.Tech 3 - 8 yrs or Diploma 5 - 12 Yrs. experience in Automotive Industry.
Requirement Locations: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. (Near Indore)

Job Role
= Experience in Base Engine Design
1. Experience in CAD modeling , Pro E & CATIA
2. Making & understanding 3 D drawings
3. Technical requirement finalization - Validation requirement, technical specification
4. Part Planning - Cross functional coordination between purchase & supplier, Design finalization with supplier,
5. Conduct of DFA/DFM/DFS at part level, DFMEA
6. Technical concept evaluation based on QDFC
= Experience in Calibration
3. Technical requirement finalization - Validation requirement, technical specification
4. Part Planning - Cross functional coordination between purchase & supplier, Design finalization with supplier,
5. Conduct of DFA/DFM/DFS at part level, DFMEA
6. Technical concept evaluation based on QDFC
= Experience in Combustion
3. Technical requirement finalization - Validation requirement, technical specification
4. Part Planning - Cross functional coordination between purchase & supplier, Design finalization with supplier,
5. Conduct of DFA/DFM/DFS at part level, DFMEA
