Requirement Specifications :
Position : Senior Engineer / Specialist
Job Type: Permanent
Total Work Experience : 5 - 8 Years
Work Location : Bangalore
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / PhD (Mechanical/Automotive)

Required Skills:
*5 to 8 years of experience in automotive domain
*Hands on experience in Differential and Transmission Systems
*Adequate Knowledgeof Gear Design
oAutomotive differential & transmission Systems
oGear profile design and optimisation
*Significant experience in Forging and Casting components design
*Knowledge of Heat and Surface treatment techniques
*Good knowledge on various materials used for gears
*Knowledge in hand calculations and design verification / validation methods
*Skill in Engineering tools like DFMEA, DOE, QFD, GD&T & Tolerance stack analysis
*Knowledge in NPD and manufacturing process
*Excellent problem solving & analytical capabilities
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Willing to work at customer location in India or abroad
