Designation: Seat-multi Body Dynamics(mbd) - 2 Opening(s)
Job Description: The person should be skilled in following activities:
Build or adapt kinematic model and investigate against data
Test correlation and optimization of Seating Systems for ride optimization
ADAMS modeling environment would include:
A/Car model template & sub-systems creation
Suspension characterization and modeling
Modal neutral file creation
Post-processing of simulation results and Correlation with test data
Qualifications
4+ years experience with ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View experience with adequate knowledge of A/View command language, macros, and customization.
Seating system product development background
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Vehicle dynamics and suspension development background
Experience correlating CAE models to test data
Familiarity with data acquisition, signal processing, and vibration analysis
Experience with DOE and optimization methods
Tool knowledge
ADAMS/Full Simulation Package (includes A/View, A/Solver, A/PPT)
ADAMS/Car (Vehicle Dynamics and Suspension Design)
ADAMS/Flex
ADAMS/Linear
