Tata Technologies is looking for professionals in Automotive Lighting with following Tool experience. Following are the details :

Tool - Catia

# Design and Development of Automotive Lighting assemblies/ Sub Assemblies/ Components from concept to production release
# Benchmarking, Cost Reduction, DFMEA, DFA, DFS
# Explore new technologies for future use.
# Technical project management
# Support for prototype, pre-production & production activities.

Distinguishing skills required :
# Knowledge of design aspects for Automotive lighting, GD&T analysis of assembly.
# Proficient in Computer aided analytical tools to assist in a faster, better and cost effective design. 3D layout and design, Mechanical analysis.
CAD - CATIA V5 hands on experience is must.
# Experience in design of components and related knowledge of material science, tooling requirements, manufacturing processes & Assembly... etc.
# Knowledge of definition and evaluation of illumination harmony & force feel HAPTICS, surface finish, texture and colour.
# Knowledge of interfacing components to ensure system level design compatibility, robustness, DFA, DFS.
# Experience in mechatronics systems preferred.
# Experience in Automotive lighting is must.
# Working knowledge of problem solving techniques and design optimization.
# Knowledge of verification, testing, regulatory and validation requirements.
# Reliability techniques awareness
# Should know the regulatory / certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc.

# Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional team to achieve the required functional / cost / weight /timing & quality objectives.
