Job Specifications: Design Lighting Systems

Education
• Graduate or Post graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Design of Lighting systems

Skill Requirements
• Experience of working with subcontractors
• Experience in CAD with CATIA V5 is required
• Experience in design of plastic parts, understanding of manufacturing process
• Experience in development process of automotive components
• International experience is added advantage
• Knowledge of German language is a strong added value

Job Responsibilities
• Design lighting systems for cars
• Ensure manufacturability of proposed design
• Design to cost
• Detailing of selected design concepts, surfacing
• Ensure communication with business partners
