Job Specifications: Suspension Design for Trucks

Education
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience
• Above 3 years of experience in CATIA V5
• Overall above 3 years of domain experience in Truck
• OEM experience with Truck background
• Good vehicle engineering design and vehicle packaging experience
• Strong mechanical engineering background is a must
• Knowledge in Vehicle products and specifications
• Knowledge of Japanese would be an added advantage
• DFM/ DFA/ DFS knowledge

Skill Requirements
• Evaluate multiple design concepts for packaging feasibility using CATIA V5
• Proficiency in CATIA V5: GSD, Part Design, Sketcher, Assembly Design, Sheet Metal Design, Drafting, DMU, Tubing
• Conduct feasibility study of vehicle packaging
• Good operation skills in Power point presentations, MS Work/ Excel
• Good communication skills in English
• Understanding of Japanese working style

Job Responsibilities
• Analyzing for Packaging concepts and vehicle layout
• Analyzing for Packaging information of vehicles
• Making feasible reports and presentations for obtained results
