Job Specifications: Chassis Design for Cars

Education
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience
• 8 to 10years of experience in Design of Chassis of Cars

Skill Requirements
• Design of subframe/ cradle as part of the undercarriage of personal vehicles
• Suspension experience relevant
• Experience of working with subcontractors
• Experience in CAD with CATIA V5 is valued
• Experience in development process of automotive components
• Management experience, Leadership
• International experience is required
• Knowledge of German is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities
• Build Design Team for Chassis/Cars of Personal Vehicles
• Ensure Management of the Team
• Ensure Project management, Workload, Timeline, Quality, Deliveries
• Take responsibility for technical decisions taken in the team
• Ensure communication with the business partners
