The job description is as follows:
JOB TITLE: TL/Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Training)
LOCATION: Gurgaon
DESCRIPTION: The candidate will be responsible for the Trainings.
The responsibilities include -
1. Conduct trainings on the software for the customers design team &
for Paid Students.
2. Ensure technical excellence by sharing best practices through
presentations and mentoring/training sessions with both internal and
external stakeholders.
3. High customer focus: ability to proactively identify and meet customer needs.
4. Build the Procedures for all basic & advance trainings, techniques,
Dos and Donts, processes, and improved methods and implement the same
in Training.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 - 4 years in Design (Machine/Tool/Equipment)

EDUCATION: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have 2-4 years experience in Machine Design / Tool Design / Product
Design
2. Strong verbal, written communication, presentation skills as well
as excellent
customer handling skills.
3. Excellent Command in SolidWorks, should have used for at least 2-3 years.
4. Strong engineering background with knowledge of machine design / equipment
design using CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks preferred).
5. Excellent knowledge of welded fabrication, machining and possess machine
design skills.
6. Complete understanding of Tool/Die Design concepts building, manufacturing
procedures & processes.
7. Complete understanding of machine shop manufacturing procedures &
processes.
8. Exposure with various design codes, practices and Tool/Die Design.
9. Complete understanding of machine shop manufacturing procedures &
processes.
10. Exposure with various design codes, practices and Industrial Machine Design.
11. CSWP candidates will be preferred.
12. Experience in providing technical on SolidWorks or competitive products are
a big plus.
13. The candidate should have an understanding of CAD / CAE / PDM tools.
14. Knowledge of Visual Basic, .NET is a plus.
