Our client an Automobile major based out of Gurgaon is conducting interviews for the following profiles:

1. Asst Manager / Dy. Manager-BIW (Exp 4 to 7 years) and Manager / Sr. Manager -BIW(Exp 7 to 12 years)
Conceptualizing, designing and development of
 Sheet metal body Parts ,
 Plastic Parts such as door trim, interiors,
 NVH body related Parts such as Carpet, Roof lining, hood liner,
 Understanding and interpretation of Drawing
 CAD Software ( UG/ Catia/ Pro-e)

2. Transmission:

a. Manager -Clutch Design & Development
• Knowledge of clutch release system, clutch testing
• UG,CATIA etc

b. Manager - Gear Design & development
• Knowledge of syncronisor system design
• ROMAX,KISSSOFT

c. Manager - Layouting of shift device & shift cables
• Knowledge of gear levers & cables
• UG,CATIA & CAE

d. Manager - Transmission Testing(NVH)

e. Manager - Gear oils & lubricants

Common eligibility conditions:
• Relevant Experience of 4 to 8 years
• BE / Btech
• Hands on experience in Designing & Development of Parts /Systems
• Experience in Layouting & Packaging
• Master Section Creation
• Experience in Integration of part
• Testing Regulation Knowledge
• Costing Knowledge




3. Manager / Sr. Manager - BRAKES (Exp 7 to 14 years)
• BE / Btech
• Hands on experience in Designing & Development of Parts /Systems
• Experience in Layouting & Packaging
• Master Section Creation
• Experience in Integration of part
• Testing Regulation Knowledge
• Costing Knowledge

4. Manager HVAC (Exp 4 to 9 years)
• BE / Btech
• Hands on experience in Designing & Development of Parts /Systems
• Experience in Layouting & Packaging
• Master Section Creation
• Experience in Integration of part
• Testing Regulation Knowledge
• Costing Knowledge

5. Manager â€" IP SWITCH ( Exp 4 to 9 years)
• BE / B.Tech.
• Hands on experience in Designing & Development of Parts /Systems
• Experience in Layouting & Packaging
• Master Section Creation
• Experience in Integration of part
• Testing Regulation Knowledge
• Costing Knowledge

6. Manager â€" PROTO(exp 4 to 9 years)
• BE / Btech
• Experience in Protoshop of Auto manufacturers

7. Manager - Engine(Testing) (Exp 4 to 9 years)

8. Manager â€" Door Systems ( Exp 4 to 9 years)
• BE / B.Tech
• To lead a group engineer involved in the areas of vehicle design of doors
• Design & evaluation of parts, components and system in relation to other vehicles system within decided time and quality targets.
• Hands on experience in Designing & Development of Parts /Systems
• Experience in Layouting & Packaging
• Master Section Creation
• Experience in Integration of part
• Testing Regulation Knowledge
• Costing Knowledge
