JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Asst .Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Best in the Industry

Essential:
- B.E / B. Tech
- Minimum 60 % marks


  3 TO 7 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE.

  In areas of design / development of BIW parts and exterior / interior body parts.
  Automotive / automotive ancillary industry / design outsourcing concern.
  Design and development of plastics and sheet metal components of face   lift / minor change and new modal development.
  Parts design enhancement for cost reduction.
  Overall project coordination and monitoring experience.
  Proficiency in CAD software, mainly in unigraphics (NX3).
  Experience in handling / heading a group or team is desirable.
  Should be ready to re-locate overseas for 12-24 months for new modal development work.

  To lead a group of engineers involved in the area of vehicle design of doors, instrument panel, fuel tank and seating system in line with company goals.

  Design and evaluation of parts, components and system in relation to other vehicles system within decided time and quality targets.

  Evaluation of vehicles and systems, ability to conduct design reviews and taking counter measures necessary based on design reviews, feedback, line feed back and evaluation.

  Ensuring compliance of MUL vehicles to regulation project management of overall design and resources.

  Skills enhancement of sub-ordinates.

  Understanding of principles of design of sheet metal and plastic parts.
  Through knowledge of at least one major body system.
  Understanding of manufacturing process, costing, function, coaching / mentoring skills.
  Effective communication.
  Good listening ability.
  Leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
  Proactive and flexible.
