DESIGNATION: Dy. Manager Aggregate Design/ Vehicle Integration
QUALIFICATION: B.E. in Mechanical/ Automobile Engg
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 Yrs.
LOCATION: Indore
Job Description:
• Providing guidance to Resource Aggregate Design in modeling and detailing of design.
• Provide support to Department Heads in execution of work plan.
• Developing design standards
• Apply the knowledge of Statutory and design standards.
• Releasing EOs and EBOMs.
• Designing relatively complex components with Intermediate level calculations.
• Development of design specifications and testing specifications.
• Studying Vehicle Validation reports and addressing the issues identified in it.
• Liaison with different departments to ensure proper execution of work.
• Participate in discussion and utilize knowledge and skills for Vehicle Integration.
• Analysis of Line issues and part failures and develop solutions to the problems.
• Participate in DFA, DFS and DFM and DFMEA.
• Ensuring proper documentation and analysis
• Ensuring execution of solutions agreed upon.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• BE (Mech/ Auto) with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience preferably from an Automobile/ Vehicle Manufacturing Industry of Repute.
• Must have good exposure in design concepts.
• Knowledge of Engines, Cabins, Bus Engineering, and Electricals & Electronics.
• Focus on Multiplexing, Wiring harness, Schematics and CAN.
• Effective Communication Skills.
