Position: Sr.Design Engineer

Job Description:
Having hands on experience on "Conveyors,Lot Conveyors, Overhead Conveyors etc. will be preferable..

Handling the individual projects at design stage.

Preparing the concept design and specification of all the equipment at estimation stage.

Attending the technical discussions with customer.

Preparing the schedule and getting the work done from all the Draughtmens & Junior Engineer.

Attending the design approval meeting and making proposal drgs.

Checking and releasing the drawings for manufacturing.

Attending the trials at our factory.

Commissioning support at site in case it is necessary.

Interacting with various department and customer for the technical support.

Selection of major purchase items.

Engine test Bed conveyor for M/S Suzuki Powertrain India Ltd.,

Engine storage conveyor system for M/S Suzuki Powertrain India Ltd.,

Truck conveyor system for M/S Suzuki Powertrain India Ltd.,

Rear axle sub-assembly conveyor system for M/S Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.,

Colour body transfer system for M/S Toyota Kirloskar Motors Ltd.,

Under body transfer system for M/S Toyota Kirloskar Motors Ltd.,

Slat conveyor system for M/S Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.,

Key Responsibilities:

Making a New Concept & Quarries with the Customer.

Visit the site if required and freeze the Concept

Preparation of Layout & GA Drawing as per the Customer Requirement.

Co-Ordination with Production & Assembly line during the Project execution..

Checking of manufacturing drawings.

Design the Special Purpose Machine for Special application like Engine Leak Testing, Pin Pressing, Oil seal pressing & etc.

Design the Dies for the Forging operation.

Assembly fixture for Mud guard & Handle bar assy.

Sheet metal Press Tools.

Jigs & Fixtures.

Gauges

Design the Press tools for Cutting & Non cutting Operation for Sheet metal Product.

Design the Jigs & Fixtures for the Drilling, Milling, Welding operation & etc.

Design the Gauges for checking the components like Swing Arm Assy, Muffler Assy & etc.

Generate the detailed drawings & Assy Drawings using AutoCADD2000.

Modeling, assembly and drafting using Solid Works 2006 & PRO-E 2000i.

CAD packages Auto CAD 2008.

Enterprises Resource Planning created by Apoorva Info systems.


Criteria: Should have hands on experience on the following conveyors- 
Power & Free conveyor

Chain conveyor

Slat Conveyor

Roller Conveyor

Accumulating / Accumulator conveyor

Free roller conveyor

Power roller conveyor

Linear conveyor

EMS Electronic Monorail System

Qualification: DME / B.E. - Mechanical

Skills Required:
Hands on experience on Auto CAD, 2D, 3D and CATIA

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary: upto 50,000 p.m. + allowances

Location: Pune
