Job Description. 

1. To analyze the client's specification and to provide the best possible design and drawing keeping in mind the cost of production and the availability of the material in stores and in flow to deliver the finished product in least possible time. 
2. To calculate load distribution, turning radius, center of gravity, stability angle of the proposed semi trailer. 
3. To prepare presentation drawing as per client's requirement to get conformed idea what actually is required. 
4. To prepare the production drawing and to supervise that it is being implemented in the shop floor. 
5. To prepare graduation scale for the tankers to analyze the volume loaded and volume left. 
6. To prepare the CNC program for accessories and contour profiles. 
7. To provide the required fabrication drawings to the supervisor / foreman and also personally check that all the critical parameters are maintained to accomplish the final product in the shop floor.
8. To prepare presentation drawings as per the requirement of the customer / sales team. 
9. To prepare production drawing for the shop floor and simultaneously modify the drawings as per the material in hand. 
10. To supervise the workers, foremen and production engineer in the manufacturing plant to make sure that the given design is implemented within the tolerance and parameters and also the flow of production to meet the given delivery dates of our products. 
11. To provide CNC program for build up chassis, accessories and contour profiles. 
12. To prepare material list for drawing material from store, and to forecast the upcoming projects. 

Job location : Gurgoan \ Rewari

Desired profile:

1 - Candidate should know Autocad ,Pro- Engineer, Trailer Win, MS office, C.N.C Programming.

2 . Candidate who can work under pressure

3 . Candidate should have leadership skills, Managerial qualities, Innovative thinking.

Industry: Automotive/ Ancillaries 

 
Years of Experience : 3 - 8 Years

Compensation Range : 4 - 6 lacs (Negotiable)
