Brief Profile:
Role Summary - To do bridge designing & analysis of the Engineering Projects
Key Responsibilities -
* Design solutions, execution details, analysis and design of the structures;
Prepare repair / rehabilitation of existing structures
* Check & ensure the quality of the documents and adhere to contract deadlines
* Provide inputs to the draftsman, check drawing as per design and specifications
* Carry our Bridge / Culvert Inventory / Condition Survey
* Ensure timely & quality delivery of designs as per the defined standards to the clients
* Report collation and timely delivery
* Tendering activities in the relevant or respective field
* Check and provide guidance to Auto CADD Draftsman
* Conduct site visit and provide solution to the problems at site ,interact with the
client / Proof checker, get approval of design and drawing by client / Proof checker
* Correlation with all the activities in the department coordinated by the Line Manager
* Ensure adherence to quality standards goals of the SBU
* Coordinate with HR, IT and F&A for issues related to approval of expenses
incurred at site, travel bills approval, conveyance bills approvals etc.
Technical Skill Set -
1. Road Structure design 2. Detailing in Autocad 3. Knowledge of IRC codes

Reporting -
Head - Bridge Design
Qualification -
BE/ BTech (Civil); ME/ MTech (structures)
