Job Description:
Experience in NC programming preferably using CATIA
Shop floor Experience is added advantage
Should have expertise in verification or Simulation using Vericut
Working knowledge in other CAM tools such as UG-NX, Edgecam, Topsolid etc
Calculate feeds and speeds for modern cutting tool technology
Provide operations support for CNC machining processes, working to reduce set up times and optimize efficiency
Should aware of quality standard such as AS9100, ISO9001
Education: B.E / B. TECH/Tool Room Diploma/3 yr Dip. Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Jr. Designer: 2 to 5 yrs
Sr. Designer: Above 5 yrs
