#       For a major system / sub system of Tractor
#       Prepare concepts in Pro-E ensuring the integration with overall tractor design 
#       Arrive at product specifications from customer requirements 
#       Finalize performance specifications 
#       Carry out tractor performance related calculations 
#       Conduct design reviews, DFMEA's 
#       Co-ordinate the engineering related activities with other project members / resources - Release drawings and 3D models through system 
#       Monitor cost & quality aspects throughout the design and development process 
#       Compile and document necessary information for the design solutions. 
#       Coordinate the validation & verification activity. 
#       Ensure use of standards and other regulatory requirements as applicable

Primary Position Responsibilities & Duties

ü  Mechanical Engineering Design support for Utility Vehicles Needs to perform following Mechanical Engineering Design activities:-

·         Design and development of Linkages, Sheet metal, Stampings, weld assemblies and Casting Component design projects Utility vehicles.

·         Performs as user of Pro-E system and provide CAD support to UV projects. (i.e. Pro-Sheet Metal(Must), Pro-Solid Modeling, Pro-Detailing, Pro-Assembly (Large Assembly Management)-Must, Pro-Welding.)

·         Performs Tolerance stack-up analysis on the new or existing designs.

·          Identify GD&T and tolerance values in the drawings.

·         Work on design project and Collaborate with FEA team and complete recommend changes based on FEA analysis reports.

·         Execute design solutions for field failure, warranty issues, improves cost, quality and performance based on specialized.

·         Performs Tolerance stack-up analysis on the new or existing designs.

·         Participate in FMEA and Design reviews for Mechanical design projects.

·         Monitor and control project progress, timeline & Communication to assigned projects.
