Job Description:
1. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
To lead Projects as a Project Manager or Chief Project Manager
To mentor & coach the Team Leads in order to achieve the Business Plan within Chassis Area
Responsible for Design of Chassis structure (Frame rails, cross members, cab and engine installation etc), chassis equipment ( Battery box, spare wheel carrier, fuel tank, exhaust installation etc), transport adaptation (Fifth wheel installation, super structure attachment etc) components using CAD system. Knowledge in design of casting and sheet metal part is preferred.
Engineering documentation of drawings and specifications.
Strong engineering fundamentals.
Creative mindset, previous experience in value engineering activities in the automotive domain is welcome.
Support to Purchase Department in component development for global requirement
