Job Description:
Bachelor of Engineering/ Master"s Degree or equivalent qualification in related field
If Diploma :- 5 - 10 yrs Experience in Design.
3 - 7 years relevant Engineering / Design experience. Preferably with domain expertise in Automotive / Tractors/ Off Highway. (Preferably in Off Highway)
Strong working knowledge in PRO/E software (Both Solid & Surfacing).
Knowledge with materials and GD & T. Manufacturing processes like Castings, Gears / Shafts Kinematics.
Experience in Design Calculations, tolerance, fits
Self-motivated, target oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Undertakes work in an efficient and timely manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and team working.
Excellent communications skills are desirable.
Ability to work independently
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand customer inputs/ requirements.
Design documentation.
Execute work in an efficient and timely manner adhering to Company standards.
Reporting status, Issues/ Queries of the project to concerned person.
Participate / conduct in team meetings and Knowledge Sharing Sessions.
