We have vacancies for BIW for Mahindra Engineering Services Ltd., Auto Division.
The location of posting is initially in Mumbai and later on person has to move to Chennai.
Job Profile -
* Qualification: B.Tech/ BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
* 2-5 yrs of experience in BIW design area.
* Adequate knowledge of Sheet Metal Forming process & BIW Assembly procedures.
* Proficient in CATIA V5.
Responsibility:
* Sub system & Component level designing of BIW using CAD software like CATIA V5.
* Interact with Implementation/Supplier/ CAE group to optimize the BIW design.
* Work experience in BIW Design including panel design.
* Proficient in Surface/Solid modeling & Assembly Design using CATIA V5.
* Good knowledge of using FTA, GSO, Kinematics and AB3 modules.
* Basic knowledge of APQP Process and Conversant using DFMEA & Root cause analysis techniques.
* Good Communication skills and teamwork to interact with design, test & manufacturing engineers.
* Good knowledge of GD&T.
* Capable of using Microsoft office.
